Refund Method and Timeline

1) If the original payment method was: Cash on Delivery (Convenience Store Pickup)

• Return Processing Time: Approximately 7–10 business days to complete the refund process after the return package is successfully shipped.

• Refund Method:

  • The refund will be processed via bank/post office transfer to the account information you provide after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • When applying for a return, please accurately fill in your bank refund information:

    • [Bank: Branch Name/Number (分行) + Account Type (科目) + Account Number (戶號) + Check Number (檢號)]

  • Note: Your ATM card number may not be the same as your passbook account number; please use the passbook account number as the authoritative number.

2) If the original payment method was: Credit Card Payment

• Return Processing Time: Approximately 7–10 business days to complete the refund process after the return package is successfully shipped.

• Refund Method:

  • After the credit card refund (chargeback) is processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear on your account varies by bank, usually taking around 7–14 days.

  • Due to different credit card billing cycles, the timing of the refund completion may vary (the negative amount may appear on your next billing statement).

  • For specific crediting times and related information, please contact your card-issuing bank.
