What payment methods are available?

We currently offer the following payment methods:

1. Home Delivery with Online Credit Card Payment

2. In-Store Pickup with Online Credit Card Payment

3. 7-Eleven Pickup with Online Credit Card Payment: Please be sure to bring the ID card, driver's license, or NHI card with a photo of the person who placed the order to the designated 7-Eleven store for collection. Orders using the 7-Eleven pickup with online credit card payment option are only accepted for pickup by the cardholder/original purchaser.

4. 7-Eleven Pickup with Cash Payment: Please tell the convenience store staff your name and pay the cash amount on the spot.

Gentle Reminders:

• The currently accepted credit card types are: MasterCard, VISA, JCB, and VISA Debit Cards.

• The National Travel Card (國旅卡) is not applicable for verification/payment for online purchases. If you wish to use the National Travel Card, you are welcome to visit our physical stores.

• All online credit card data transmission utilizes SSL certificate encryption to provide you with a secure payment method. Credit cards issued by some banks may occasionally result in transaction failures. If you encounter a failed transaction, please contact your card-issuing bank for the detailed reason.
