This product is considered a fresh food item and therefore does not fall under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, meaning it is not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period.
We can only accept return applications if there is a defect in the product itself or if it is damaged during the shipping process. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed for non-product quality issues.
If you require a return or exchange due to a product defect:
Please ensure the packaging is intact and the invoice/receipt is retained.
Fill out the Customer Service Form on the official website.
Attach a photo of the complete, intact packaging when submitting your return application.
Please note that if there are any missing documents, or if the product or packaging is damaged, we will not be able to process the return or exchange.
